I led the development of a robust Omni-Channel Chat Platform, managing the full product lifecycle from technology selection to deployment. Key accomplishments include:

Technology Leadership: Collaborated with the founding team to define the tech stack and spearheaded talent acquisition to ensure the project's success.

Architectural Design: Designed and built the authentication system and RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), forming the backbone of a secure chat platform.

Backend Engineering: Developed scalable backend systems for portal authentication, RBAC, and a support ticketing system, integrating social media and email platforms through APIs and webhooks using Node.js and TypeScript.

Frontend Excellence: Led the frontend development with ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks (MUI, TailwindCSS), delivering an intuitive and responsive SaaS platform.

Team Management: Directed a cross-functional development team to deliver the platform within time and budget constraints.
