Overview
HealthLuma is a modern digital clinic platform designed for a private medical practice. The system provides a structured environment where patients can book appointments, manage medical records, and interact with the clinic through a simple and reliable interface, while the doctor can manage daily workflow from a centralized dashboard.
The product focuses on clarity, speed, and trust. Every screen is designed to reduce friction during real clinical use, ensuring that both patients and the doctor can complete tasks quickly without unnecessary complexity.
The platform combines appointment scheduling, prescriptions, patient records, subscriptions, and AI-assisted booking into one consistent system built with a production-style architecture.
Goal
The goal of HealthLuma was to build a realistic clinic management platform that feels like a real product rather than a UI prototype.
Key objectives included:
Design a clean patient and doctor workflow
Build a scalable dashboard architecture
Keep the interface minimal but functional
Ensure every page reflects real usage scenarios
Structure the project in a way that supports backend integration
The intention was not only to create a good UI, but to design a system that could realistically be used in a small medical practice.
Outcome
To solve these problems, the project was built using a modular layout system with reusable components and a clear separation between UI, logic, and data.
Key results include:
Fully structured doctor and patient dashboards
Appointment booking with availability logic
Prescription and medical record management
Subscription and billing support
AI assistant interface for guided booking
Responsive layout designed for real usage
Backend-ready architecture using Next.js and Supabase
The final result is a clinic platform that feels stable, predictable, and ready for real backend functionality rather than a one-time design mockup.
