🛠️ Project Overview: PickRiders Admin CRM Dashboard
Built a complete CRM-style admin dashboard to manage courier and customer operations for a delivery platform.
Developed the admin dashboard UI/UX from scratch with a focus on usability and clarity.
Integrated back-office functionalities to manage couriers, customers, packages, transactions, and more.
Implemented authentication and authorization to ensure only verified admins can access the dashboard.
Built data-driven interfaces for listing, searching, filtering, and managing key entities (couriers, orders, etc.).
Designed and implemented a CRM-like experience for administrators to monitor the logistics ecosystem.
