I built a clickable calendar prototype for Daybreak, the product the listing names, for desktop and mobile from one record of 32 placeholder events in three schedule layers (work, personal, family). A scheduler applies five stated rules: a 90-minute focus-run cap with a 10-minute breathing gap, the day's high-demand flexible task placed in the 08:00 to 12:00 window, nothing after 21:00 with a 20-minute wind-down placed at 21:10, a breath offered at every gap, and one layer at a time during deep focus. Each rule carries a plain-language rationale and an open citation slot. Across the sample week it placed 46 blocks and inserted 7 breathing gaps, and every block sits on its own time: an 08:00 event starts exactly on the 08:00 line on desktop and mobile. Deep focus dims every other block, runs a visible timer and blocks the other layers; any gap or the wind-down opens an animated box or 4-7-8 breathing ring with no audio. A brand page shows the Daybreak wordmark, outlined from the open-license DejaVu Sans Bold, and a sunrise symbol from one parameter record at 96 to 16 px, a 10-color palette with all 13 text pairings passing WCAG AA, and a six-step type scale on a 1.25 ratio.
