We identified the primary skin concerns of DQ+ clients to provide a personalised skincare solution. This was achieved by mapping products to skin concerns and routine steps, ensuring users get the best product recommendations for their needs.
The app provides tailored product suggestions for each step of the routine, enhancing the user experience. Users can also order products directly within the app, which are then added to their 'My Routine' page for easy tracking and reordering.
