I first started by figuring out the possible UX problems users were facing on the site - unclear CTAs, cognitive load, difficulty finding products and an underwhelming aesthetics. From there, I went on to redesign the website, particularly focusing on the following pages - Homepage, Product Category page, and Product Details page, as these pages are responsible for influencing visitors into making a purchase. For each of the pages, I prioritized UX solutions like: the use of high-quality images that strike emotions and keep users engaged, clear and prominent CTAs and navigations that encourages users to explore the website, clean aesthetics and organized sections to reduce cognitive load.
