For a property tax reduction service, I replaced fragmented client onboarding with an end-to-end intake workflow for property lookup, quote requests, embedded e-signature, notifications, and tracking. The system reduced staff handling time from 12–18 minutes to 2–4 minutes per lead, saved ~160–230 hours annually, and cut turnaround to same-session completion.
