I developed a comprehensive Hotel Booking Prediction System using Python, leveraging various machine learning algorithms and data visualization techniques to forecast booking cancellations and analyse guest behaviour. With features like data preprocessing and mode evaluation, the system is designed to predict hotel booking cancellations, offering valuable insights for hotel management and optimization of resources.

● Data Preprocessing: The system begins with thorough data preprocessing steps, including handling missing values and filtering out irrelevant data points.

● Feature Engineering: Utilizing both numerical and categorical features, the system engineer’s relevant features for model training. Feature selection techniques are applied to identify the most influential factors affecting booking cancellations.

● Model Building: The system employs a variety of machine learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, and Decision Tree classifiers. Each model is trained and evaluated to predict hotel booking cancellations accurately.
