Optimize existing product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Establish better communication and negotiation terms with suppliers for better pricing and faster restocking.
Streamline inventory management processes to reduce stockouts and overstocking issues.

Product Research Report:
Delivered a comprehensive research report identifying 15 profitable, in-demand products with high sales potential. This included competitor analysis, supplier contacts, pricing, and sales forecasts.
Sourced reliable wholesalers and manufacturers to ensure consistent supply and favorable terms.
Optimized Product Listings:
Created SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords for 10 products to enhance search ranking on Amazon.
Improved product images and enhanced brand content (A+ content) for better customer engagement and conversion rates.
Included keyword-driven bullet points and compelling product features to highlight unique selling points (USPs).
Supplier Management Plan:
