UniBuddy is a student-focused marketplace concept that brings campus shopping, products, food and services into one mobile interface. The design explores how a broad set of everyday needs can be organized into an accessible starting point for students.
My role
I created the Figma UI/UX designs and the case-study artwork. My scope included the visual direction, mobile screen layouts and the presentation of marketplace categories and food-ordering information.
Design focus
The home screen uses a grid of clearly labelled categories, including shopping, meals, products, cakes, services and education. This gives users a direct route into the area they need. Search provides an additional entry point, while repeated icons and card treatments keep the different categories visually connected.
Detail screens
The food interface brings vendor information, category filters, item descriptions and prices into a structured layout. The design uses a warm brown-and-cream palette with consistent typography and spacing. These choices support a coherent identity across the marketplace and its more detailed screens.
Deliverables
The portfolio includes Figma mobile interface designs, branded mockups and supporting UX case-study visuals. It shows how I approach information hierarchy in an app that brings several services together.
Work with me
I design marketplace and service-app experiences with clear navigation and reusable visual patterns. Share your user groups, categories and key journeys, and I can help map a practical design scope for your product.
