Located in New Zealand, Perchspace is a blossoming platform on the web and mobile that revolutionizes the way users book co-working spaces — think of it as Airbnb, but specifically crafted for co-working. The project was geared towards creating a seamless, all-encompassing solution allowing users to effortlessly browse, locate nearby spaces, and book the one that checks off their preference list, in addition to managing their bookings thereafter. However, the innovation doesn't stop at user-centered functionality. It also introduced an opportunity for space-owners, referred to as Partners, to list their co-working spaces on the platform, creating an additional revenue stream for them. Moreover, they have the autonomy to extensively manage their spaces and respective payouts.

While already impressive, what you see is only part of the picture — Perchspace is continuously evolving. Future components are under construction to further expand its offerings; including a feature to book locations for events and a dedicated micro-social-media network. This will foster a bustling Perchspace community, enabling users to connect, explore and share ideas within the platform's ecosystem.
