Ahavaplan – Designing a Seamless Wedding Planning Experience Across Web and Mobile

Ahavaplan is a wedding planning platform that helps couples organize their big day and connect effortlessly with vendors. I served as the lead UX designer on the project, responsible for designing new features for the mobile app, creating the web app experience, and building the admin dashboard from scratch.

The goal was to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience across all devices, ensuring that both couples and vendors could navigate the platform with ease. The objective was to streamline planning tasks, simplify vendor management, and improve the overall usability of the platform.

Feature Expansion (Mobile App): Designed and integrated new features to help couples manage wedding tasks, budgets, guest lists, and vendor communications more effectively.

Web App Design: Created a responsive and user-friendly web version of the platform, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience across devices.

Design Consistency: Maintained a cohesive visual language and interaction pattern throughout the entire ecosystem—mobile, web, and dashboard.

The newly designed features and platforms improved the planning experience for users, making it easier for couples to stay organized and for vendors to manage their services. The admin dashboard streamlined internal workflows, contributing to overall platform growth and user satisfaction.
