Logistics KPI Performance Dashboard

I developed this demonstration dashboard to monitor key logistics performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.

The dashboard tracks OTIF, On-Time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, Order Accuracy, Productivity, and Service Level, providing a clear view of operational performance and monthly trends.

Built in Microsoft Excel using simulated operational data, this project demonstrates my skills in logistics analysis, KPI management, and performance monitoring.
