Scaling Human Connection: Designing a Personalization Engine
Sendr is a high-performance SaaS platform engineered for sales and marketing teams to execute deeply personalized email outreach at scale. In an era of automated spam, Sendr differentiates itself by using AI-assisted content and dynamic assets to turn cold leads into warm conversations. We partnered with the founders from the conceptual stage, helping shape the product vision from a basic MVP to a sophisticated post-investment platform. Our goal was to design a system that handles massive data processing while maintaining an intuitive, user-centric interface for outbound teams.

Managing Complexity in High-Intensity Outreach

With features ranging from AI-driven video scripts to dynamic landing pages, Sendr possessed immense power that could easily lead to user overwhelm. The primary challenge was to keep the user journey focused, even when dealing with advanced personalization logic. Outbound teams need to manage vast contact databases and configure complex outreach sequences without technical friction. We focused on a clean, modular interface that balances this functional depth with absolute clarity. Our solution involved breaking down the personalization flow into manageable steps, ensuring that the power of AI remains accessible to non-technical users.

We designed a comprehensive outreach environment that included:
A streamlined contact enrichment and database management system.
An AI-assisted script generator for personalized video and email content.
A modular landing page builder for creating dynamic, lead-specific experiences.
Real-time analytics dashboards for tracking opens, clicks, and intent signals.
A custom, scalable UI system designed to support rapid post-MVP growth.

From Visionary Concept to Enterprise-Grade UI

Our collaboration began at the earliest stage of product definition. We started by mapping complex user flows and building the initial information architecture to validate the core business idea. The first iteration was launched as an MVP to quickly test the market. Once investment was secured, we led a full-scale UX/UI redesign, moving away from off-the-shelf components to a bespoke visual language. This phase involved deep usability testing with beta users to refine the most complex interactions, such as video personalization and automated asset customization, ensuring the final product felt premium and reliable.

AI Integration and Conversion Intelligence

AI-Driven Content and Voice Synthesis

A key part of our process was designing the interface for Sendr’s standout feature: auto-generated video scripts. We created a flow that allows users to insert dynamic variables into scripts, which are then brought to life by multiple AI voiceovers. This required a delicate balance of UI elements to make video production feel like a simple conversation. We focused on making these tools instantly scalable, allowing users to generate hundreds of personalized messages with minimal effort.

Smart Analytics and Intent Tracking

The second phase of execution focused on the "Conversion Pipeline." We designed a real-time monitoring system that captures every lead interaction, from email opens to booked calls. This dashboard was built to provide granular insights at a glance, helping sales teams identify high-intent prospects immediately. By visualising these reactions through clear cues and intent signals, we helped users fine-tune their messaging based on what actually resonates with their audience.

A Bespoke Framework for Market Leadership

The final stage of our work resulted in a production-ready Figma ecosystem tailored for advanced outbound operations. We delivered a custom design system that replaced the initial MVP framework, ensuring the brand had a unique and recognizable identity. The handoff included detailed documentation for internal QA and developers, covering every state of the 360+ screen library. This comprehensive package allowed the Sendr team to transition from a startup concept to a market-ready SaaS tool with a design that is both powerful and intuitively easy to navigate.
