COLOUR PALETTE
Solarios has a unique approach to their colour palette. We believe that color plays a crucial role in creating a harmonious and cohesive environment, and we use it strategically to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of a space.
One of the key elements of Solarios' color palette is the use of earthy and warm tones. We often incorporate shades of yellow, beige, and green into their designs, which helps to create a sense of warmth and sustainability.
Solarios also pays special attention to the use of light in their designs. We understand that the way light interacts with color can greatly impact the overall atmosphere of a space. We often use strategically placed windows and skylights to bring natural light into a space, which helps to enhance the colors used in the design.
Overall, Solarios' choice of color is carefully thought out and executed to create a cohesive and visually pleasing environment. We use a combination of natural tones and bold colors to create a dynamic and harmonious atmosphere that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

"Now we move to what we want to achieve based on our research"
Research Objectives.
- Assess user needs and preferences
- Explore user awareness and knowledge
- Identify barriers and challenges
- Evaluate user experience with existing resources
- Gather User Feedback and Insights
- Investigate Industry Standards and Regulations
- Analyze Competitor Landscape
- Explore Emerging Trends and Technologies

By addressing these research objectives, I believe I will be able to gain valuable insights into user needs, preferences, challenges, and expectations, allowing me to develop a tailored and impactful digital platform for energy-efficient buildings.
Qualitative Research.
For a successful User experience and as a User experience designer, I conducted a survey via Google form to understand the problem, About 30 participants filled the survey and I was able to interview 6 via google meet and here the interview questions I asked:
- Please briefly describe your familiarity with energy-efficient building practices and sustainability concepts.
- Have you ever considered implementing energy-efficient measures in your home or building projects? If yes, please elaborate on the specific measures you have considered or implemented.
- What are the main factors that influence your decision to adopt energy-efficient building practices? (e.g., cost savings, environmental impact, government incentives, personal values, etc.)
- What are the key challenges or barriers you have encountered in implementing energy-efficient measures? Please explain.
- Which resources or platforms do you currently rely on for information about energy-efficient building practices? (e.g., websites, mobile apps, industry publications, professional networks, etc.)
- What specific information or features would you like to see in a digital platform focused on energy-efficient building practices?
- How do you envision the ideal user experience of a digital platform dedicated to energy-efficient building practices? What would make it valuable and user-friendly for you?
- What kind of content or tools would you find most useful in a digital platform? (e.g., case studies, cost calculators, energy-saving tips, product recommendations, expert advice, etc.)
- Are there any specific challenges or pain points you face when seeking information or resources related to energy-efficient building practices? Please provide examples.
- Would you be interested in participating in user testing or providing feedback during the development of a digital platform for energy-efficient building practices? If yes, please provide your contact information (optional).
To create an empathy map, I took a lot of users’ pain points which I sorted into the ones I could work with for now.
