Fairway Independent Mortgages Corp. - Graphic Design

As the Graphic Design Team Lead and Project Manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation’s Reverse Lending Division, I oversee a wide range of creative and strategic initiatives. My primary responsibilities include managing custom design projects for Loan Officers, optimizing workflows for the production team, and crafting all print and digital marketing collateral. This role has allowed me to work at the intersection of design, strategy, and management, ensuring the brand’s message is consistently communicated across multiple channels.

A major focus this year has been enhancing our social media presence. I’ve developed and managed campaigns that not only align with our brand's values but also resonate with our target audience, driving engagement and conversions. My work involves a deep understanding of our products and services, allowing me to create impactful visuals and content that speak directly to the needs of our customers. This includes everything from designing educational brochures to creating social media graphics and email marketing templates.
