For over two and a half years, I worked for the SaaS brand Frontify, nestled between the mountains of Eastern Switzerland. During my time there, I covered an array of project types, from blog articles and website copy to technical product content and organic social media campaigns. Here's a snapshot of my work from the world of brand-as-a-service.
A campaign with purpose
Connecting the contribution of women to the branding industry to the core mission of the software, I crafted this inspiring piece in celebration of International Women's Day: Women That Shaped the Way We Think About Brand. I supported the company in designing a social media campaign around the piece that placed women at the centre for the day, producing increased engagement and website traffic that lived on well beyond the day of the event.
Daily content creation that drives brand success
Working together with freelance writers, I created multiple Hub & Spokes blog collections to boost the SEO for Frontify, some examples including How Telecom Brands Promote Brand Loyalty and How Media & Tech Brands Keep Us Coming Back, and supported the release of many product launches, such as this Autumn product update.
Website copywriting that transforms the technical to the terse
Together with an inspiring team of creatives and product experts, I created content for many of the company's website pages. One of my favourite moments was the launch of the new "brand universe", and guiding the copywriting of the new product page. Turning the technical into an engaging experience that gets across the key product benefits is the name of the game when it comes to SaaS brands.
