Going to the movies is a fun and exciting experience, but booking tickets online can often feel like a frustrating and time-consuming process. The M.Tix mobile app, the official ticketing platform for Cinema XXI, one of the largest cinema chains in my country, was facing significant UX issues, as reflected in many negative user reviews.
