Etiquette guiding the wearing of Hats at the Dinner Table.

Hats are a common fashion choice today. In the past, hard rules were guiding their usage. As with most of these rules from the time before, there has been a lot of evolution and modifications.

The question is, how does one know the extinct rules and the important ones to avoid making a faux pass under the cover of ignorance?

Without knowing the proper route to follow, one can make an embarrassing error and paint themselves as crude and uninformed.

To solve this, I made a deep dive into the internet to conduct a ton of research. I also visited libraries and talked to older citizens to gain insight.
