Project Description 
The project involved migrating 1TB of file server data to fifteen departments. Each department had a dedicated team and several channels where the files were migrated. The project included comprehensive scoping, meticulous planning, and the construction of new structures for the Teams. 
Objectives 
Successfully migrate 1TB of data to the new Teams environment. 
Ensure minimal disruption to departmental operations. 
Build and implement new team structures and channels for efficient data management. 
Increase productivity and collaboration across all departments. 
Scope of Work 
Scoping: 
Identified the data to be migrated. 
Assessed departmental needs and existing data structures. 
Defined the project scope and deliverables. 
Planning: 
Developed a detailed project plan with timelines and milestones. 
Coordinated with department heads to ensure alignment. 
Prepared a risk management plan to address potential issues. 
Building Structures: 
Created new Teams structures tailored to each department. 
Set up channels within Teams for organized data management.
