HCCR is a Tokyo-based talent incubator built on a simple belief: the future of talent won’t be hired; it will be built. Founded by talent leaders, HCCR helps experienced recruiters transform their expertise into founder-led businesses through capital, infrastructure and hands-on support.
Rather than following the traditional recruitment model, HCCR empowers ambitious professionals to launch and scale ventures with reduced risk and a long-term focus on sustainable growth.

I worked directly with Sean Travers, Co-Founder and Representative Director of HCCR, to design and develop a modern website that communicates the incubator’s mission and philosophy. The goal was to create a distinctive digital presence that positions HCCR as a trusted partner for recruiters looking to become founders.
