HCCR is a Tokyo-based talent incubator built on a simple belief: the future of talent won’t be hired; it will be built. Founded by talent leaders, HCCR helps experienced recruiters transform their expertise into founder-led businesses through capital, infrastructure, and hands-on support.
Rather than following the traditional recruitment model, HCCR empowers ambitious professionals to launch and scale ventures with reduced risk and a long-term focus on sustainable growth.
Why HCCR?
Project Objectives
I worked directly with Sean Travers, Co-Founder and Representative Director of HCCR, to customize and develop a Framer template around HCCR’s established brand identity and guidelines.
The goal was to transform the template into a website that felt native to the HCCR brand while maintaining the template’s underlying structure, usability, and performance. The design was adapted to communicate HCCR’s venture-building approach and create a credible digital presence for its audience of experienced recruiters and aspiring founders.

Approach and Communication
Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder allowed for an agile and transparent customization process from the initial template adaptation through to launch.
Rather than designing the website from scratch, the focus was on identifying where the existing template could be adapted to best represent HCCR. Each section was refined around the company’s brand guidelines, messaging, and goals, with regular feedback loops helping shape the final experience.
The result was a balance between the template’s established structure and a more distinctive HCCR-specific visual identity.

The result is a refined Framer website that brings HCCR’s existing brand identity into a modern digital experience. By customizing the template around HCCR’s visual guidelines, messaging, and business goals, the website feels purpose-built for the brand while retaining a clean and scalable structure.
The final experience combines strong typography, considered layouts, clear storytelling, and subtle interactions to position HCCR as a credible talent incubator and venture-building partner for experienced recruiters looking to build something of their own.
