Problem which client was facing -

A lot of prospective business was being lost by the client and they wanted to analyze the reasons of the same. I was asked by the Directors of the company to work with senior managers and present a report in 9 months period.

Solutions offered -

In the 9 month report, it was analyzed that more than 60% of the business was being lost because the client could not deliver the product within the turn around time.In my report, I recommended them to hire more people in production which will help them deliver the new prospective work they were rejecting. This further led to client's decision of opening up a new office for their expansion plan.
