🔶 Client An ecommerce business that wanted to stop losing time on repetitive Shopify operations and build a more connected, scalable workflow across its tools.

🔶 Task The goal was to automate customer communication, synchronize data between platforms, and reduce manual coordination across marketing and operational processes.

🔶 Solution We built a custom Shopify automation ecosystem in Make, connecting Shopify with Virtuagym, Mailchimp, Claude, GPT, and MemberSpot. The system automated cross-platform data exchange, notifications, customer-related workflows, and operational logic - turning disconnected tools into one streamlined environment.
