As a service-driven agency, their website plays a critical role in shaping first impressions - acting as both a portfolio and a primary conversion channel.
In this project, Orinle partnered with us to audit and redesign their existing website, with the goal of elevating its visual identity and creating a more compelling, conversion-focused experience.
The project went beyond a typical redesign - it was about reshaping both perception and experience.
First, Orinle’s services span across branding, strategy, and fractional CMO support - offering significant value, but not always easy to communicate quickly. The website needed to present this breadth in a clear, structured, and compelling way.
Second, the existing website lacked a strong visual identity. It did not convey the level of sophistication expected from a high-end agency, making it harder to establish trust and differentiation at first glance.
Finally, the experience felt static. Without strong motion, interaction, or a defining visual concept, the site lacked the engagement needed to capture attention and guide users toward conversion.

We approached this project as a combination of audit, visual direction, and experience design - focusing on elevating both how the website looks and how it performs.
We began with a structured audit to identify gaps across layout, hierarchy, and interaction. From there, we defined a premium, AI-driven visual direction - introducing a strong concept, key visual, and motion ideas to create a more immersive experience.
Rather than simply redesigning screens, we focused on building a cohesive system - ensuring consistency across pages while improving clarity, usability, and conversion flow.

To transform the website efficiently, we followed a focused, three-stage workflow - starting from audit and concept, moving into UI design, and ending with implementation.
Design Audit & Concept Direction
We started by thoroughly reviewing the existing website - analyzing layout, user flow, visual consistency, and overall experience. Based on this, we proposed clear improvement directions, covering UI structure, interaction, and visual upgrades.
From these insights, we developed one visual concept for the homepage, based on Orinle’s branding and selected references. This included defining the overall art direction as well as a key animation concept centered around a core visual object, designed to enhance the premium, AI-driven feel of the site.
A style guide was also established early on, covering typography, color, grid, and reusable components - ensuring consistency across the entire website.
UI Design
With the visual concept defined, we developed detailed UI designs across both desktop and mobile, following the improvement directions outlined in the audit phase.
The homepage was treated as the central conversion point - combining a strong hero visual, clear messaging, and structured sections that guide users through Orinle’s value proposition.

All designs were delivered in Figma, ensuring consistency and responsiveness across all screens. Complex animations were not included at this stage, with only the predefined homepage animation concept carried over from Phase 1.
Webflow Development
Once the homepage design was approved, we began development in Webflow, running in parallel with the remaining UI design to accelerate the timeline.
This parallel workflow allowed for faster iteration and a more efficient delivery process, leading to the final website handoff.
