Plush Lion Toy Design | Industrial Product Design | 3D CAD Modeling Description

Designed a premium plush lion toy from concept through production-ready product development with a focus on child-safe design, soft aesthetics, manufacturability, and commercial appeal.

This project began with concept exploration and multiple design sketches before moving into detailed 3D modeling and product refinement. The final design includes front, side, back, and perspective views, realistic product visualizations, exploded assembly views, technical documentation, material specifications, colorway development, and manufacturing reference drawings to support production.

Special attention was given to creating balanced proportions, premium plush styling, embroidered facial details, safe construction, consistent stitching lines, and a highly recognizable character suitable for children's products and retail collections.
