Project Overview
I redesigned a website for a modern medical clinic seeking to improve patient experience and online presence. The clinic needed a clean, mobile-friendly platform to reflect its professionalism and simplify appointment booking.
The existing site was outdated, hard to navigate, and lacked online booking functionality. I built a custom WordPress site with a responsive design, intuitive navigation, and integrated a secure booking system synced to the clinic’s calendar.
To improve visibility and speed, I optimized the site for SEO and reduced load time from over 5 seconds to under 2 seconds. The new design used a calming color palette and subtle animations to build trust with patients.
Outcome: Within the first month, online bookings increased by 40%, and bounce rates dropped significantly. This project reinforced the importance of user-centered design in healthcare and how thoughtful web solutions can directly impact real-world operations.
