The inception of the Human Resources Management System aimed to enhance the efficiency of managing the Hiring Team within businesses. Humantech proves versatile, catering not only to IT or business companies but also to large corporations undertaking simultaneous recruitment of numerous employees. In addition to establishing a recruitment system for HR team, my team has also developed a Job seeking application. Rather than applying only through resumes, candidates can submit applications using a pre-existing application form.
