E-Learning Analytics Dashboard Design

⭐️ Idea: This project focuses on designing a modern E-Learning Analytics Dashboard for an online education platform, aimed at helping instructors and administrators track student performance, engagement, and course effectiveness with ease. The goal was to transform complex educational data into a clear, actionable, and visually structured experience—enabling better decision-making, improved learning outcomes, and optimized course delivery.

⭐️ Our Role: We designed a clean, intuitive, and data-driven dashboard experience tailored for educators and platform managers. Our role included UX planning, information architecture, dashboard structuring, and visual design—ensuring that key insights are easily accessible, interactive, and meaningful for users managing multiple courses and student groups.

⭐️ Design Strategy: The strategy was built around clarity, usability, and insight-driven design. We structured the dashboard to highlight key performance metrics such as active students, course completion rates, average scores, and dropout trends through well-defined KPI cards. Interactive charts—including engagement trends, course performance comparisons, and category distributions—were designed to simplify data analysis.

We implemented a clear navigation system with a collapsible sidebar, allowing users to seamlessly switch between courses, analytics, assignments, and reports. Real-time activity tables and notification panels were integrated to keep instructors informed about student progress, submissions, and pending tasks. Filters for date ranges, courses, and student segments were added to enhance flexibility and control, making the dashboard adaptable to different user needs.

Typography and styling were carefully chosen to maintain readability and consistency, using Inter for headings and Roboto for body content. Subtle depth effects, spacing, and alignment were applied to create a modern, polished interface that feels both professional and engaging.
