Created a concept for a DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations) that supports fractional ownership of property where the entity is owned and governed by its community, with decisions made democratically through smart contracts (automated agreements) on a blockchain.

Detailing the Special Purpose Agreements and use of tokens for rent etc for maintaining the property.
The consensus mechanism for community agreements.
