​​Ophelia is an online opioid addiction treatment. It’s a treatment that fits into their patients life, it’s a simple process that takes the barriers out of care and helps them feel like themselves with Suboxone prescription and ongoing online medical support and maintenance.

During my time at Ophelia I led the patient experience team to help address the opioid epidemic through the Ophelia platform. Key contributions include: built the design system, led research initiatives to identify problems and opportunities, facilitated several ideation workshops, and created/delivered high-quality product features.
