EPCL - Epsilon People Cloud Loyalty

EPCL is a cloud based custom product built for loyalty managment comprised of various components such as Real-time APIs, CRM, FRMS(File Transfer Management), Batch Jobs, Data Hub and others to combine all different data piles of an end customer such as personal info, Demographic info, offline purchases, website visits, email opens and other details by enrolling a profile, generating an unique identity called CoreID which is privacy-protected and would later be utilized in all aspects of digital marketing such as Offers, Reward programs, campaigns, data analytics etc.
