UBMe Events Management

UBMe Events Management is a cutting-edge SAAS product designed to revolutionize the way event organizers create, post, and manage events. This comprehensive marketplace offers a suite of tools for sales and communication, developed using a diverse technology stack. The backend is powered by the Windows Communication Foundation framework with C#, and SQL Server for database management. The front end features a React-based website, with iOS and Android applications developed using their respective native stacks. A chat application utilizing socket programming in C# facilitates real-time communication among users. The project also incorporates standalone services for automation tasks such as emailing, mobile notifications, campaign management, and handling refunds upon event cancellation.

Leading a team of skilled software engineers, I played a pivotal role as the backend architect and developer, while also managing the project. My responsibilities encompassed overseeing the development of the backend architecture, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend, and managing the project timeline and deliverables. Through collaborative leadership and technical expertise, I contributed significantly to the project's success, from conceptualization to launch.

Premium Features: Includes varied ticket sales options, real-time digital attendee interactions, manual and will-call ticket check-in, direct attendee notifications, and a ticket scanner via the Organizer App.

Built-in Marketing Tools: Features include email invitations, dynamic landing pages, attendee polls and surveys, downloadable marketing flyers, easy online and in-app ticket purchasing, and advanced post-event analytics.

Enhanced Experience: Offers event live-chat, multi-day agenda creation, vendor and sponsor promotion, capacity control, detailed speaker/performer information, and in-event advertising on the UBMe app.
