Sushom is a luxury Chinese restaurant based in Paris, specialized in sushi and maki created by chef Niyom.

The aim of Sushom is to reinvent traditional cuisine by highlighting the finest and freshest ingredients from around the world, like shrimps from Japan, wild caught Alaskan salmon, Japanese prawns and lobster lobster from New Zealand, while keeping true to the essence of Asian cuisine.
