Many Amazon sellers use Tactical Arbitrage to analyze profitable products for sourcing. Our team wanted to understand why new customers dropped out from the dashboard home page. We found that most of the themes do not use our search options like Reverse Search, Wholesale Search, and Amazon Flips. Additionally, they didn't understand why some item search results were not shown. Our final goal was to increase new user engagement, reduce drop rate, and increase feature usage and use case adoption.
