From meeting in year 7 to being co-founders of their plant-based cafe, they realised that their greatest foundation was their friendship.

Little did they know that their chance encounter at 11, would lead to them opening up their thriving business in Leigh on Sea.

With a shared passion of plant-based nutrition and whole foods, they worked hard to make their dreams materialise. The friends did not underestimate the challenge of creating an original menu which accommodated all palates. 

‘We wanted it to be a safe place as lots of people have intolerances now.’ 

A recent customer claimed that the cafe and juice bar had ‘the yummiest and healthiest food in Southend!’

 No one can deny that Wild Health‘s growing popularity is due to its commitment to wellness and taste- with all their produce being homemade and fresh.
