The brand was challenged by significant design and development debt. It was decided to bring design in-house and the timing coincided with the arrival of a new in-house designer. To ensure a seam transition, a scalable design system and more organized design workspace was needed to streamline collaboration between the agency and the in-house teams.
For this, I designed a scalable design and illustration system, creating a single source of truth that spanned product, web, and marketing channels while evolving the visual brand to a modern, simplified, and flexible system.
