The Project concept
The company initially created maintenance protocols in paper format to provide information about the machines they sell. However, the paper-based system proved highly inefficient. To streamline the process, I developed a web application that digitized the entire protocol management process. This web app not only digitizes protocols but also maintains a comprehensive history of every protocol sent, enhancing efficiency and accessibility.
