Custom upholstery for luxury and sports cars is a category dominated by workshops, not brands. TSER set out to change that.
The work I led was the construction of a brand world that could be inhabited: at events, on the car, in the workshop, the crew's souls and in the customer's hands.
This case study focuses on the Experience Layer of that work - the physical, environmental, and material design that surrounded every TSER customer touchpoint.
