“I hated going to the dentist. But I really hate getting my gums scraped because a temp crown stayed on for 3 months. 😩 They charged me $1200. Insurance said it should’ve been covered. I cried in the car. And I didn’t go back… for 2 years. But this week? I brought flowers to my new dentist because they saw me, heard me, and got me in for a root canal in 2 days. No hustle. No shame. Just care. I wasn’t afraid of the dentist. I was afraid of not being treated like a human. So yeah.
