Organics Alive Garden: A Story of Growth and Simplification
In 2019, Organics Alive Garden was ready to leave behind a tangled web of outdated tools. Their website ran on WordPress, powered by WooCommerce, and supported by a patchwork of third-party software. As their ambitions grew, it became clear that these disparate systems were holding them back. The solution? Simplify everything under one roof: Shopify.
Working alongside Organics Alive and their brand designer, I led the transformation to Shopify, crafting OA v2.0 from an existing theme. This move wasn’t just about modernization—it was about bringing efficiency to their operations. With Shopify, the entire eCommerce experience was streamlined. Payments, orders, and even the marketing integrations all found a home within one cohesive ecosystem.
Growth from 2020 to 2024
Our journey didn’t stop there. Since 2020, we’ve focused on refining the customer experience through meaningful adjustments rather than major overhauls. The results have been clear:
Conversion rate (CVR) has increased by 20.5% from the initial launch in 2020.
Orders have grown by 81.4% over the same period.
Returning customer rate (RCR) has nearly doubled, increasing by 82.8% since 2020.
Growing Through the Power of Simplification
Organics Alive’s journey from a fragmented web presence to a streamlined Shopify experience has been a testament to the power of focus and simplification. By continuously improving UX and centralizing their digital tools, they’ve seen consistent growth—in revenue, orders, and most importantly, customer loyalty. Simplification brought clarity, and clarity brought results.
