AI Document Analyzer Saas explainer animation

The goal was to explain a document-analysis product without making the video feel like a traditional software walkthrough.

I structured the animation around a simple story: problem → product → outcome.

The opening establishes the problem - important information buried inside lengthy documents. From there, the product experience is introduced naturally: users upload a file, AI analyses the content, and key insights become available within seconds.

The final part focuses on what users can actually do with those results: review important findings, identify action items, ask follow-up questions, export insights, and share them with their team.

Visually, I kept the interface minimal and used smooth transitions, connected UI nodes, subtle depth, and restrained motion to make the product feel simple, fast, and effortless.

The emphasis throughout the project was not just on UI animation, but on making the software’s value easy to understand within a short product demo.
