Lumon AI started as a personal exploration into how AI powered hardware could feel more human, more premium, and more useful in everyday work. The idea was simple but ambitious. What if a webcam did more than capture video. What if it actively improved how people show up in meetings.

The goal was to design a premium product experience that communicates trust, intelligence, and clarity at first glance.

I wanted Lumon AI to feel like a device made for people who care about how they show up on screen. Remote workers, creators, founders, and tech professionals who rely on video as part of their daily workflow.

Beyond the hardware itself, the objective was to craft a product landing page that clearly explains value without overwhelming the user. Every visual and every line of copy needed to answer one question. Why should this device exist.

I started by studying how leading hardware brands present their products. I analyzed how companies like Apple, Logitech, and emerging AI hardware startups use lighting, composition, copy, and spacing to signal quality.

From there, I defined the product story. Lumon AI is not just a webcam. It is an AI co pilot for video communication. That idea shaped every decision that followed.

I explored multiple visual directions for the device, testing different colors, angles, and environments to understand what felt most premium and believable. I placed the camera in realistic work setups, studio scenes, and minimal backgrounds to show how it fits naturally into modern workspaces.

For the landing page, I focused on clarity and restraint. Simple layouts, generous white space, and confident copy. Instead of listing features aggressively, the page guides the user through a narrative. The problem with modern video calls, the role Lumon AI plays, and the improved experience it delivers.

The final result is a polished product concept that feels intentional and market ready. Lumon AI comes across as a premium AI powered webcam designed for people who take their work and presence seriously.

This project allowed me to explore AI hardware design beyond interfaces and screens. It strengthened my ability to tell a complete product story from concept to presentation, blending industrial design thinking, visual storytelling, and UX principles.
