Participated during the negotiation process of the technical specification of the newly building vessels in Korea. Reviewed drafts of ship building contract including the payment terms, liquidated damages, dispute resolution clauses, delivery related issues, intellectual property rights, sea trial, delivery process, contents of refund guarantee , force majeure and liability etc.
Efficiently handled all tasks in a timely manner which helped the company to finalize the transaction and proceed with the keel laying followed by subsequent stages of the vessel building and delivery process.
