Negotiating the recap, finalizing the deal, drafting ship sale and purchase agreements, preparing delivery related documents, reviewing counterparties incorporation documents, corporate resolutions , POA and other relevant documents, attending the closing ceremony and following up for complete closure of the deal.
Because my vast experience in the field of ship sale and purchase, I was able to quickly finalize the transaction and help the company in accumulating the vessels for its commercial transactions.

Because of vast experience in the S&P transaction, I was able to finalize the closure of each deal quickly and thereby Company was able to accumulate vessels.
