At a large life sciences services and technology organization, I analyzed user feedback, usage analytics data, stakeholder input and key client interviews to build a product strategy for their data analytics solutions that aligned with the business goals of maximizing enterprise solution value and product adoption. The strategy excelled in the goal of driving adoption, leading to over 80% uptake of the product amongst existing clients, as well as supported all future pitches of the enterprise solution, acting as a key component of the value proposition.
