The Challenge Aco Organics, a promising organic baby food brand, required more than just a branded website. They needed a tailored strategy to ensure their service launch would make a meaningful impact and drive wholesale sales. My role was to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy alongside a thoughtfully designed website that would foster genuine connections and attract key strategic partnerships from day one.

Website Strategy We designed a website that reflected a multi-layered strategy with a focus on:
Founder’s Story: Showcasing the brand’s human side to forge emotional bonds with potential customers
Product Story: Highlighting the sustainable practices behind select signature products to build transparency and trust
Lifestyle Integration: Demonstrating how Aco Organics’ products are easy to incorporate into babies’ lives with pleasure
Partnership Narratives: Creating content designed to attract like-minded collaborators and strategic partners
Marketing Strategy
Recognizing the challenges of a start-up with limited resources, I devised a strategy that honed in on one target market and one flagship product to serve as the brand’s cornerstone
Developed strategic content guidelines that allowed the brand to generate their own content, with ongoing feedback provided to their social media manager during the first few weeks
Created a streamlined sales funnel, driving traffic from social media directly to the checkout page for the signature product, ensuring focused marketing efforts
Designed a customized KPI dashboard to track weekly and monthly performance, enabling the team to continuously assess and adjust their marketing approach for optimal results
Proposed and managed a press release to generate buzz around the launch, driving traffic and building anticipation for launch day
Results The strategic website and marketing plan delivered:
