Summary

Oversaw the implementation of Notion to manage post-merger integration scrum pods for a large UK bank.

The Problem

A medium-sized investment management firm had only recently purchased a smaller firm when a large UK bank took them over.
This meant the technological merging of three companies was required to fully integrate.
The work required varied from moving servers across sites to narrowing down superfluous software licences.
This was proving challenging to manage as many of the resources being used to complete these projects were being pulled from important business-as-usual activities and so there was little oversight of the work being done between teams, individuals or management.

The Solution

I created a workspace that enabled the management of scrum teams to tackle a diverse range of activities during a complex post-merger integration.
This involved dashboards for each team, with information on projects and tasks, as well as an oversight dashboard for leadership review.
