I designed and engineered the full-stack multi-tenant platform featuring: • Differential privacy & PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring strict tenant isolation and anonymous feedback protection (n ≥ 3). • Autonomous AI Agent (PulseAgent) powered by Gemini to analyze sentiment trends, diagnose department friction, and suggest actionable manager coaching points. • High-performance interactive dashboards for executives and managers built with React, Tailwind CSS, and Recharts.
