Building Political Communications Content

Long-form business articles intended to persuade your audience are a tool that all businesses should be utilizing. These pieces can be used as ways to generate media attention or ways to connect with your clients. The pieces I developed for the Idaho Democratic party were directed at the public in order to garner support for the party and make the public and news outlets aware of what was happening in the Idaho Capitol every day.

The most critical aspect of this project was creating content that spread awareness about the bills that were passing through the Capitol. In a high-stakes, rapidly changing environment, my priority was producing content quickly as bills progressed and working with legislators to produce their thoughts on any important pieces of legislation.
